Kelly Albin

I’ve always loved creating order out of complexity.

Before founding Neat & Ready, I spent more than 20 years working in web design, digital marketing, project management, and visual merchandising. I managed teams, coordinated complex projects, built systems, and paid close attention to the details that make an experience feel thoughtful and work well. Over time, I realized that many of those same skills could make a meaningful difference in people’s homes and lives.

Today, I help older adults and families navigate downsizing, organizing, and moving through life’s transitions. I know that moving, especially later in life, is about much more than boxes and logistics. It can involve years of memories, difficult decisions, and a lot of change. My goal is to make the process feel more manageable while giving my clients the time, space, and support they need to make decisions that feel right for them.

My design background gives me an eye for creating spaces that are both functional and inviting, while my years of project management experience help me keep all the moving pieces organized and on track. Most importantly, I bring patience, empathy, and a genuine respect for each person’s home and belongings.

I believe an organized home should do more than look good, it should make everyday life easier and create room for what matters most.

Hello, I am Patrick, a California native living in the East Bay. I specialize in helping Northern California families and seniors with home organization, downsizing, and relocation. Drawing on my background as an Experience Designer, I create highly functional and beautiful spaces, treating each home as a unique design project.
