This includes ongoing education, comprehensive training in ethics, safety, and the moving process, and a commitment to best practices when working with older adults and their families. Kelly Albin

Hi, I’m Kelly, a California native based in the East Bay, where I live with my husband and daughter. After graduating from CSU Long Beach and spending time in both Southern and Northern California, we made Oakland our home. My career has taken a few different paths—from visual merchandising and fashion styling to web design and digital marketing. Across every role, one thing has remained constant: I’m drawn to creating order, clarity, and systems that make everyday life feel easier and more intentional.

At Neat & Ready, my approach is rooted in partnership. I believe the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with clients by listening closely, understanding what matters most, and creating plans that feel both supportive and manageable. Organization isn’t just about the end result, it’s about the process of getting there. When people feel supported, the experience becomes positive, empowering, and enjoyable.

Drawing on my background as an Experience Designer, I create highly functional and beautiful spaces, treating each home as a unique design project.
